High salary for a General Manager in Beijing, annual salary up to 1.5 million

Beijing Company is looking for General manager of independent internal control department (foreign)

Location: Beijing

Gender: male

Age: under 45

Annual salary: RMB 1.3-1.5 million

Responsibilities:

1) responsible for internal audit and risk assessment of the group, establishing an effective pre-event and post-event control system, so as to supervise and ensure that the business execution of all departments is consistent with laws and regulations and the company's development strategy;

2) implement SOX audit; Lead discussions between the SOX team, management, and external auditors/consultants; Provide SOX and internal control training and guidance to other stakeholders;

3) provide other relevant supporting work for CFO;

4) provide feasible internal control decision-making scheme in major financial audit affairs;

5) supervise and guide SOX compliance team, so that they can acquire the knowledge reserve of keeping pace with The Times in terms of corporate internal control policies and procedures;

6) communicate effectively with other stakeholders on financial information related to internal control.

Job requirements:

1) foreigners under the age of 45;

2) 8-10 years of relevant experience in SOX field; Working experience in internal control of listed companies in the United States;

2) bachelor degree or above in finance or related field; Working experience in four major accounting firms (PWC, deloitte, KPMG and ernst & young) is preferred;

3) familiar with SOX regulations/us GAAP standards; Proficient in SOX and internal control information, able to provide the best solution.
